Accessibility

Our commitment

We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate task. Whenever a page is added or the design changes, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, used with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under jurnexio.info.

What we do

The site is built from semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, one main heading per page and descriptive link texts. The main content and the navigation are marked as separate regions, and every page declares its language for screen readers. Informative images have text alternatives, decorative ones are marked as such.

Text, links and buttons are shown with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Sizes are set in relative units, so text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and links, menus and form fields can be used with the keyboard alone.

Conformance

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. At present this site is only partially conformant: most content satisfies the guidelines, while the points listed below do not. Where a requirement cannot be met immediately, we look for another way of supplying the information.

Limitations we know of

Several illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject without describing it in detail.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter a barrier on this website, or cannot obtain information that you require, please inform us by email at hello@jurnexio.info or by telephone on 01248 370142. It helps if you identify the page, describe what happened and mention the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days.

Information in another form

If a page on jurnexio.info does not work for you, the same information can be obtained without using the website. On request we will forward the content of a page in another form, for example as a plain text document.

Preparation and review

The present statement is dated 21 October 2026 and rests on a self-assessment carried out by jurnexio, not on an external audit. We examined the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves, using a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader. We review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
