Tell us about your studio and your show
In your first message, mention the size of your space, the kind of programme you make, the equipment you already have and the service that interests you. A few plain sentences are enough for us to reply usefully.

Getting ready before we meet
Please contact us before travelling to our Bangor address, so we can arrange a time that suits both sides. We will confirm any meeting in writing before it takes place.
Purpose of the meeting
Would you like to discuss a layout, lighting, sound or a workflow review? Knowing the topic lets us bring the right person from the team.
Material to bring
Do you have floor plans, photographs or recordings of a recent show? Sharing them in advance helps us prepare relevant suggestions.
Who should attend
Which members of your crew will be involved? Tell us numbers and roles so we can plan the conversation around the people doing the work.
